    Best Homemade Meatballs

Easy and delicious...and of course SIMPLE. I really hate it when "chefs" try to outdo the meatball. You know what I mean? A meatbll needs to stay true to itself : Meat and ball....and nothing fancy. I have found one that I use once a week at my house. I have tried them all!  The pork and beef ones, the ones that you soak the bread in buttermilk, the sage and thyme and rosemary etc....NO MORE. STAY SIMPLE. My daughter, who is seven is the the most pickiest person on this planet...SHE EATS THESE!!! So please, please use this recipe,  promise you will never look at another meatball recipe again.

    The indgredients :

    1 pound of ground beef
    2 slices of bread
    2 cloves of garlic
    fresh parsley, chopped
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons of milk
    1 egg
    salt & pepper

A picture says a million words! I've made these a few times....ok many times. OK very very many times. Sometimes I even make them when the kids are at school and I sit in front of the fireplace with a good book, a cup of coffee and my plate of gooey cookies! They just make me feel good! Everyone I have made them for begs for the recipe. Once they have it they can't believe how simple.

    Confectioner’s sugar, for dusting
1 (18 ounce) box moist chocolate cake mix
1 (8-ounce) brick cream cheese, room temperature
